The Founder, Rachel Onikosi first thought about bringing something to life during the 2020 pandemic which would identify and showcase individuals doing great work in their communities to recognise the huge dedication and commitment from ordinary people to making the world a better place.

The idea developed into Rachel hosting an interview/conversational style chat show currently channelled through YouTube.

The chat show topics are varied and the show welcomes individuals from many walks of life who have a ‘story’ to tell that encourages, empowers and helps viewers to be achieve their desired goals.

Onthesofa merchandise supports the brands ethos of maximising opportunities and guests that come on the show are offered free merchandise.

OnetheSofa’s founder, Rachel Onikosi is also a corporate professional with work experience across Government, local Politics , the Judiciary and currently sits as a Non-Executive Director of several corporate organisations.

Rachel is also a public speaker delivering talks to young people, organisations and the community on empowerment, goal setting and achievement.
